Cast stainless steel demands previous work in wax models which in this case was of a wooden chair whose shape was mutated into paper-like folds. The result of the cast is a very disturbing encounter as one cannot grasp directly if the material is painted wood, paper or metal and as one gazes the piece finds nothing but an uncanny affirmation.
